🏔️ What Makes Thatharana Ridge Trek Special?

The hike features dramatic transitions—from dense forest canopies and rocky switchbacks to carpeted alpine meadows at the summit ridge.

-
From Khaniara, take a local auto or taxi up to Kharota Village / Tea Gardens, which marks the official starting point of the foot trail.
-
Taxi Cost: Approx. ₹300 – ₹500 from Dharamshala to Kharota.
-
🥾 Trail Breakdown
-
